    ST Living is a boutique property management company owned and operated by small business owners who take pride in their community. We are committed to providing the most attentive and thoughtful service to our residents, ensuring that they have an incredible experience in their new home.

    Our properties are centrally located across the greater Los Angeles area. Our neighborhoods include Hollywood, Toluca Lake, Koreatown, Westchester, Palms, Eagle Rock and Culver City. All of our boutique buildings are brand new with modern townhouse-style architecture and luxurious finishes. Units include a washer-dryer, nest thermostats, central AC, reserved parking, controlled access, and private rooftop decks.
