- I have lived here for over a year and wanted to wait to give a review to really see how I feel about everything. My initial experience with the leasing agent and application was smooth and very friendly. I dealt with a few different people at the company while making my decision and they were all very helpful and polite. I could not be happier with my decision to move in. The apartment is amazing, everything is top of the line brand new, the building is quiet, garage parking, central air with smart home features, etc. The management makes everything very easy and user friendly with their portal for rent, maintenance requests, etc. I have only had one maintenance request to make with my AC and they had someone out the next morning and it was fixed. That is a big appeal to me is that the building only has around 12 other tenants so you get to know everyone in passing and management truly cares about their tenants and go above and beyond. Highly recommend.

- I've lived in an ST owned unit for a month now and all I can say is ANNA is a superstar. She is the best property manager I have ever had. Anna is extremely responsive and fixes/ answers any of my concerns in a matter of minutes. She truly cares about the tenants and that's hard to find. ST living is extremely lucky to have her!.

- When I was moving to LA, I wasn’t sure if I would find a place I would love, was lucky enough to find these apartments. Secured entrances, garage parking, close access to freeway (405 and 105), in-unit washer/dryer and the fact that each unit has a private rooftop deck made my choice a no-brainer. Being a chep Uber/Lyft away from Manhattan Beach, Marina del Rey, Venice, and Santa Monica was also a huge plus. Not only is it a new construction (13-unit building completed in 2014), but Macrina the property manager, is top notch. She’s always available, attentive and quick to respond. I’ve lived in four states and six different cities, and this is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in

- It's difficult to find newly built modern townhouses in Los Angeles with three floors and a huge rooftop at a reasonable market price. After moving back from living overseas for the past decade, Ramsgate Avenue has made my transition back home relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable. With state of the art home appliances and modern renovations, I most enjoy the extreme quietness of the neighborhood, away from the busy traffic of California. With only a few minutes drive to Venice Beach, Manhattan Beach, Westfield Culver City, Playa Vista Whole Foods, Westchester shopping center, LAX... public transportations and home deliveries are quick and convenient as well. Having Enrique attending to my every need has made my stay easy and cared for. Thank you!

- As a past resident, I must say these were definitely one of the nicest apartments I have lived in since moving to LA. They are conveniently located near the airport in a relatively quiet neighborhood. For a good price, you get a secured building, garage parking, stainless steel appliances, and a rooftop deck! What’s not to love about that! Management is always on top of things. Any request or services you need done, they will get it completed promptly. The only reason I moved was because of a growing family and we needed a 3 bedroom unit. Other than that, I would still be living there

- What’s not to love about living here? First off, the place looks great - the design team really hit the mark choosing colors, fixtures, and materials. The kitchen is well equipped with a stainless steel appliance suite, the bathrooms are clad in tile and glass (no linoleum or shower curtains here), and the luxury vinyl plank flooring in the common areas makes cleaning a breeze. Modern conveniences also include Nest controlled central HVAC, a tankless water heater, dimmable LED recessed lighting, and most importantly, in unit laundry! On top of all that, you also get high ceilings, a loft area, and your own private rooftop patio. I would have to say that this is the nicest rental I have ever lived in, hands down.

- When I first saw this place, I said I would take it immediately, and I'm so glad I did. I've lived here for two years with zero complaint (aside from maintenance requests). Enrique responds really quickly to everything, and my requests are usually handled within 24 hours. I don't hear my neighbors, and even when I'm on my private rooftop deck, it feels like I live here alone. The neighbors here are great too though - they're respectful and bring your packages in if they don't see it in a safe place. The overall space is really lovely - I love my kitchen with upgraded appliances. Everything feels new and modern. I've referred this place to friends as well, but there's hardly ever any vacancy - so if you see an opening, grab it ASAP!

- In the almost one year I've lived on the Kingsley property in LA, I've had an extremely positive experience living under the management of ST Living, who effectively run the operation with clarity, consistency, and compassion. My maintenance requests are addressed in quick fashion, and within a week or less, the requested task is completed. The property representatives maintain excellent communication and respond in a timely manner. My roommates and I were very fortunate to have rented the property when it was brand new and under a different management team. ST Living inherited the Kingsley lot not long after we moved there, and I've been both satisfied and at peace with the way ST Living has treated my roommates and I. I would recommend anyone who's looking to rent a property that's managed by ST Living to say yes and make the move with them. You'll be better off for it, just like I am.

- ST Living is a dream management company if you're fortunate enough to be one to be one of their tenants. I lived in the same apartment for 3 years and went through 3 management companies - Starlight, Common and then ST Living - in my time there. To say there was an improvement with ST Living verses the other two companies is a huge understatement. They were responsive and communicative in a way the other companies were not. They were nice, professional and very helpful always. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough.
